- Prepare and execute necessary legal documents and recommend changes to Equestrian business to support Agricultural Exemption petition.
- Prepare Agricultural Petition and submit to appropriate FL County Assessor's Office.
- Meet with Assessment Officials as necessary to support application.
- Appeal Assessor's Decision to Value Adjustment Board if necessary.
Fees - Our fees our 100% contingent on our client's success. We don't get paid unless you are successful. There are no up-front costs or hourly fees.
