Principal - William J. Wedge, Esq.

Bill Wedge has over 25 years experience in real estate and tax abatement matters. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College (BA), Suffolk University Law School (JD and Boston University School of Law (LLM). He is a member of both the Florida and Massachusetts Bars. Mr. Wedge began his career at Price water house Coopers in Boston, Mass. where he specialized in income tax matters. In 1984, he accepted a position at Boston Properties, Inc., a privately held real estate development firm. Over the next 20 years Mr. Wedge, as SVP Tax/Corporate Counsel, was a member of the senior executive team that grew the company to an $8B NYSE publicly traded REIT. At BXP, one of Mr. Wedge's responsibilities were the property taxes for the entire portfolio of Class A commercial office buildings including such assets as Prudential Center (Boston), Citicorp Center (NYC) and Embarcadero Center (SF). In 2003, Mr. Wedge moved to Florida and joined CRT Properties, Inc., another NYSE publicly traded REIT, as SVP and General Counsel. In 2005, CRT was sold to a private equity fund and CRT's senior team formed Crocker Partners, a real estate private equity fund. In 2009, Mr. Wedge left Crocker Partners to form Wedge Associates LLC which specializes in Tax-Financial-Real Estate and Equestrian matters and AG Exempt Experts LLC.

Mr. Wedge's broad experience in the tax, financial and legal aspects of real estate are the perfect combination of talents to effectively represent property owners in real estate assessment matters. Additionally, Mr. Wedge lives and practices in Wellington, Florida, the epicenter of the equestrian world. Mr. Wedge's clients include many of Wellington's top equestrians.
